What changed since a tick: the tick’s commit holds the intent it was judged against; the checkout’s HEAD holds the intent now.

Fields

requirements: Vec<RequirementDrift>

The requirements the task cites whose line changed, appeared or went away: the evidence no longer speaks for them. Empty: what changed is elsewhere in the intent.

files: Vec<String>

The intent files that differ (project-relative), task lists aside. Empty when the intent is not in git (in place, ignored): it changed, which file is not known.
