Variants

Structural

Default template: subsections, [P] runs and document order, plus written references.

Declared

The Format line documents (depends on …): written references are the complete order within a phase; only phase order is added.

Chain

A chain (OpenSpec): each group waits on every earlier group, each task on the one before it in its group; written references are added.
