id: String

FR-001.

text: String

Its wording now (the line, markup aside).

state: String

open (not reviewed), approved, changes_requested, or lapsed (decided on a wording that has changed since).

by: Option<String>

Who decided (as for every decision: git’s user.name, else the OS user), when someone did.

at: Option<u64>

When (Unix seconds).

comment: Option<String>

The comment, for a change request (or a note on an approval).

decided_on: Option<String>

For lapsed: the wording that was decided on.
