The test files the attempt added or changed and whether the run collected each (revision 3).

context: Option<Value>

Reserved: what reached the model, by digest. Opaque here.

dependencies: Option<Value>

Reserved: dependencies the change added, with their registry checksums. Opaque here.

extra: BTreeMap<String, Value>

Fields this build does not know (a newer revision): kept, so the signed bytes survive a round-trip, and never read for an outcome.
