Construct with TlsSection::default and set the fields. The struct is #[non_exhaustive] so new knobs can be added without breaking callers.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

root_ca: Option<PathBuf>

PEM bundle of root CAs trusted in addition to the system trust store. Requires an https:// URL.
