What a reviewer did about one of its own findings when it chose to fix them.

The other three editing calls return a structured report. This one returned free text, and three things were inferred from it: that every finding was fixed, what the commit subject should be, and that the author had nothing to answer. A reviewer that fixed two of three points and said so in prose had all three recorded as fixed.
