What the listener knows about one item it is watching.
Fields§
§kind: ItemKind§title: String§head: Option<String>The head the listener last saw. A sweep raises Pushed only when this changes, so a commit spar itself just read is not news.
requested_noticed: bool§assigned_noticed: bool§failures: u32§retry_after: u64§said_capped: bool§said_resume: bool§last_dispatched: Option<u64>§held: BTreeSet<Trigger>What a pending item was waiting on when the listener gave up on it. Giving up waits for the item to change, and on a pull request spar has not reviewed that change is often a push alone, which leads nowhere, so the reasons come back with it.
