The other reviewer’s reasoning, when they had something to say.

defence: Option<String>

What the reviewer who raised it said when the objection came back. Kept apart from the objection: running both together behind a single “the other says” turns the most valuable content in the comment into one unreadable sentence.

rated: Option<Severity>

The other reviewer’s own severity, when the cross-check had it agree the defect is real. Not kept in the review record: the counterpoint says it in words, and nothing after the cross-check reads it.
