max_connections_per_ip: Option<u64>

Per-cluster override of the global per-(cluster, source-IP) connection limit. None inherits the global default, Some(0) is explicit “unlimited”, Some(n > 0) overrides. Resolved against SessionManager::effective_max_connections_per_ip at admit time in connect_to_backend.

max_connections_per_subnet: Option<u64>

Per-cluster override of the global per-(cluster, source-SUBNET) connection limit. Same three-state semantics as max_connections_per_ip above, resolved against SessionManager::effective_max_connections_per_subnet at admit time. An independent second cap: both must admit.

max_connection_attempts: Option<u32>

Per-cluster override of the global backend connection attempt budget, resolved against SessionManager::effective_max_connection_attempts in connect_to_backend. None inherits the global value.
