pub struct H2Written {
pub size: usize,
pub from_output: usize,
pub tail: usize,
}Expand description
What one H2WriteTarget::Transmit write did, split the way
ConnectionH2::handle_write settles it.
The transmit sends the ordered output queue first, then the stream’s
frames (h2_transmit::gather_after), so the socket’s count is split at
the queue’s length; and when the write stopped inside a stream frame, the
rest of that frame is adopted by the queue (#1604).
Fields§
§size: usizeWhat the socket took, all of it.
from_output: usizeThe part of size that came from the output queue. The rest,
size - from_output, is the stream’s, and the caller already
confirmed exactly that much on the stream’s kawa.
tail: usizeThe unsent rest of the frame (or header block) the write cut, as
h2_transmit::frame_tail measured it before the confirm: still at the
front of the stream’s kawa.out, and moved to the output queue by
ConnectionH2::handle_write.
