Struct AddBackend

pub struct AddBackend {

}
Expand description

add a backend to the cluster cluster_id names, which must exist: the backend belongs to it and is removed with it

Fields§

§cluster_id: String§backend_id: String§address: SocketAddress

the socket address of the backend

§sticky_id: Option<String>§load_balancing_parameters: Option<LoadBalancingParams>§backup: Option<bool>§unix_path: Option<String>

when set, sozu dials this UNIX domain stream socket instead of address: a filesystem path, or @name for a Linux abstract-namespace socket. address stays the backend’s identity within its cluster (removal, retry exclusion, sticky and hash routing, events) and is never dialed, so it must be unique among the cluster’s backends. Applies to HTTP, HTTPS and TCP clusters. A UDP cluster refuses it, in the configuration file and in the main process’s state alike: datagrams cannot travel over a stream socket. A backend with unix_path is carried by Request.add_unix_backend, never by Request.add_backend (see there).
