The state of an account’s password, from etc/shadow.

Fields

state: PasswordState

What the password field holds, never the hash itself.

last_change: Option<String>

The day it last changed (2026-10-04, UTC); None when not set. Set when the account is created, so for an account never changed since, its creation day.

expires: Option<String>

The day the account expires, if it does.
