CompressedSplitWriter

Struct CompressedSplitWriter

Source
pub struct CompressedSplitWriter<S> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

The write half of a split compressed WebSocket stream

Created by calling split() on a CompressedWebSocketStream. This half owns the write side of the TCP stream and can operate completely independently from the read half.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<S> CompressedSplitWriter<S>
where S: AsyncRead + AsyncWrite + Unpin,

Source

pub async fn send(&mut self, msg: Message) -> Result<()>

Send a message

This method NEVER blocks the reader - true concurrent I/O!

Source

pub async fn send_text(&mut self, text: impl Into<String>) -> Result<()>

Send a text message

Source

pub async fn send_binary(&mut self, data: Bytes) -> Result<()>

Send a binary message

Source

pub async fn close(&mut self, code: u16, reason: &str) -> Result<()>

Send a close frame

Source

pub fn is_closed(&self) -> bool

Check if the connection is closed

Source

pub async fn flush(&mut self) -> Result<()>

Flush any pending control responses
