Versioned slice for zero-copy access

Holds a reference to data along with visibility metadata, avoiding copies during scan iteration.

Key bytes (zero-copy reference)

value: Option<&'a [u8]>

Value bytes (zero-copy reference, None = tombstone)

commit_ts: u64

Commit timestamp (0 = uncommitted)

txn_id: u64

Transaction ID that wrote this version
