Iterator over all entries in an SSTable

Iterates through all data blocks sequentially, yielding every key-value entry. Loads each block, uses the proven BlockIterator to collect entries, then advances through them. This avoids self-referential borrows while reusing the correct prefix-decompression logic in BlockIterator.
