A delivery target: a single connection, or every connection associated with a session / user / org / agent.

Serialize/Deserialize so a distributed Backplane (Redis/NATS) can put the target on the wire alongside the event, and each pod re-resolve it against its local registry.

Variants

Session(String)

Every connection in a conversation session.

User(String)

Every connection for a user.

Org(String)

Every connection for an org/tenant.

Every connection talking to an agent.
