Auth level a tool requires (monorepo AuthLevel, agent.ts). Gating only applies when this is not None and the tool supports auth.

Variants

None

No authentication required (the default).

EndUser

The end user’s identity must be verified (OTP on a public agent).

Admin

Admin authentication — only satisfiable on an internal agent.
