Fields

ok: bool

True on success (session known + not-rate-limited).

activated: bool

Whether the runner actually issued .activate() this call, or suppressed it because the previous activation was within the rate-limit window. ok=true, activated=false is a valid outcome meaning “session is fresh enough, no-op”.
