#[non_exhaustive]pub enum SubgraphError {
AtomOutOfRange(usize),
BondReferencesUnknownAtom(usize),
}Expand description
Error returned when carving a Fragment out of a
parent graph fails.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
AtomOutOfRange(usize)
An atom id in the input is not a valid atom of the parent graph.
BondReferencesUnknownAtom(usize)
A bond in the input references an atom that is not part of the fragment.
