enable: Vec<String>

Rule ids to activate regardless of disable, the rulesets switches, or the rule’s own enabled: false (opt-in rules).

custom_dirs: Vec<PathBuf>

sources: Vec<RuleSource>

External rule sources: git repositories (cloned and cached) and extra local paths. Loaded as custom rules, with their provenance tracked.

options: RuleOptions

Per-rule options, one [rules.options.<id>] table per rule that reads any. An unknown rule id or key is a config error, not a silent no-op.
