Struct Exec 

pub struct Exec;

/exec(command) — run a shell command and capture output.

/exec(cargo test) — run, capture stdout/stderr. /exec(cargo test).verbose — forward stderr to terminal in real time.

This is the only builtin that spawns a subprocess.
