Used pairs never recommended in that session (recall misses).

§fp_by_skill: BTreeMap<String, u64>

skill id -> how many sessions recommended-but-unused.

§miss_by_skill: BTreeMap<String, u64>

skill id -> how many sessions used-but-unrecommended.
