#[non_exhaustive]pub enum MissedRunPolicy {
Skip,
FireOnce,
FireAll,
}Expand description
Missed-run policy for recurring deadlines (issue #95).
Mirrors the global scheduler’s own MissedOccurrencePolicy
(ReplayBacklog/FireOnce/Skip) but is deliberately its own type:
a global schedule and a per-entity deadline are different reactor
families (SkipMissedOccurrences skips on the shared event_types
position; this one advances a private deadlines chain), and a name
saying what it’s for beats leaning on a type whose own doc comment is
written entirely in terms of event_types. Same ordering the global
one uses: Skip never replays, FireOnce collapses a backlog to one
firing, FireAll steps through every missed occurrence.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Skip
Missed occurrences are not fired; the chain resumes at the next occurrence still ahead.
FireOnce
A backlog of missed occurrences fires once, then the chain resumes ahead.
FireAll
Every missed occurrence fires, in order.
