NoOpCache

Struct NoOpCache

Source
pub struct NoOpCache;
Expand description

A cache that doesn’t actually cache anything.

Useful for:

  • Testing without caching
  • Disabling caching in production
  • Debugging cache-related issues

§Example

use simple_agents_cache::NoOpCache;
use simple_agent_type::cache::Cache;
use std::time::Duration;

let cache = NoOpCache;

cache.set("key1", b"value1".to_vec(), Duration::from_secs(60)).await.unwrap();
let value = cache.get("key1").await.unwrap();
assert_eq!(value, None); // NoOpCache always returns None
