pub struct PerformanceEvent {
    pub lane_id: LaneId,
    pub source_id: Symbol,
    pub input_time: Tick,
    pub time: Tick,
    pub intent: PerformanceIntent,
}
Expand description

A performance-intent event tying a rendered time back to its input.

Fields§

§lane_id: LaneId

Lane the performance event plays on.

§source_id: Symbol

Symbol identifying the originating source.

§input_time: Tick

Input (pre-performance) time in ticks.

§time: Tick

Rendered (post-performance) time in ticks.

§intent: PerformanceIntent

Performance intent applied to the event.

Implementations§

Source§

impl PerformanceEvent

Source

pub fn to_expr(&self) -> Expr

Encodes this performance event as a kernel Expr map.

Source§

impl PerformanceEvent

Source

pub fn from_expr(expr: &Expr) -> Result<Self>

Decodes a performance event from an Expr map.

Validates the event kind symbol and reads the lane, source, input time, time, and intent fields.
