Contains the entries the peer is missing (not in their bloom filter and not reachable from their heads).

Fields

entries: Vec<Entry>

Entries the peer is missing, in topological (causal) order.

need: Vec<Hash>

Hashes the sender still needs (explicit request for false-positive resolution).
