Decoded clock and ephemeris parameters (the typed output of decode). The integer-typed fields are recovered exactly; the scaled fields are the transmitted integer times the IS-GPS-200 LSB. (l2_p_data_flag is an encode-only flag in word 4 and is not recovered.)
