One (epoch, satellite) cell the merge handled with a caveat. Nothing is dropped or averaged silently - every such cell is recorded here.

The source indices (into the input slice) this flag refers to: for single_source, the lone contributor; for quarantined, all sources that disagreed; for position_outliers, the sources rejected from an otherwise-accepted consensus.
