SP3 id changes on a held PRN.

svn_changed: Vec<FieldChange<Option<u16>>>

SVN changes on a held PRN.

activity_changed: Vec<FieldChange<bool>>

Activity flips on a held PRN.

usability_changed: Vec<FieldChange<bool>>

Usability flips on a held PRN.
