One-sigma pseudorange uncertainty, stored as raw f64 bits.

range_rate: Option<SerializableTightRangeRateObservation>

Optional Doppler-derived range-rate row.

carrier_phase: Option<SerializableTightCarrierPhaseObservation>

Optional carrier-phase row.

ionosphere_delay_m: F64Bits

Ionospheric group delay correction for code, stored as raw f64 bits.

troposphere_delay_m: F64Bits

Tropospheric delay correction, stored as raw f64 bits.
