Fields

file_stamp: Option<PgmRunByDate>

Caller-supplied PGM/RUN BY/DATE stamp for A8.

set_interval: bool

Set INTERVAL to the dominant normal-epoch spacing.

set_time_of_last_obs: bool

Set TIME OF LAST OBS when absent or wrong.

set_obs_counts: bool

Recompute # OF SATELLITES and PRN / # OF OBS.

drop_empty_records: bool

Drop satellite rows whose observation fields are all blank.

sort_records: bool

Sort NAV records by satellite and toc.

drop_unsupported: bool

Allow text repair to drop records outside the retained product scope.
