RINEX observation code, e.g. C1C, L2W, D1C.

kind: ObservationKind

Kind inferred from the code’s leading letter.

value: Option<f64>

Parsed observation value, or None for a blank field.

lli: Option<u8>

RINEX loss-of-lock indicator.

ssi: Option<u8>

RINEX signal-strength indicator.
