satellite_position_m: [f64; 3]Satellite position in the same ECEF/ECI frame as the receiver state, in meters.
satellite_velocity_m_s: [f64; 3]Satellite velocity in the same ECEF/ECI frame as the receiver state, in meters per second.
measured_range_rate_m_s: f64Measured pseudorange rate from Doppler, in meters per second.
sigma_m_s: f64One-sigma uncertainty of the measured range rate, in meters per second.
satellite_clock_drift_m_s: f64Satellite clock drift expressed as an equivalent range-rate bias, in meters per second.
