schema: Schema

The self-contained algebraic schema. It contains only finalized arena slots: callers never need to understand the temporary recursion markers used while lowering.

diagnostics: Vec<Diagnostic>

Non-fatal information about the source graph. Keeping diagnostics beside the usable schema lets command-line users choose a best-effort workflow while bindings can enforce a stricter policy at their API boundary.
