Probe mechanism

URL (http), host:port (tcp), or command line (exec)

interval: UpDuration

Time between probes (default 10s)

timeout: UpDuration

Per-probe timeout (default 5s)

failure_threshold: u32

Consecutive failures before the probe reports unhealthy (default 3)
