Log-linear histogram for recording latency values in microseconds.

Bucket boundaries (µs): 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1_000, 2_000, 5_000, 10_000, 20_000, 50_000, 100_000. Values above 100_000 µs land in the overflow bucket.

Total number of recorded values.

Reset all buckets and statistics.
