Source file table for multi-file programs

When modules are merged, each file gets a unique ID. This allows error messages to report the correct source file after merging.

Fields

files: Vec<String>

File paths indexed by file_id

source_texts: Vec<String>

Source text for each file (indexed by file_id) Used for displaying source context in error messages
