Serialises with a consistent _drift suffix across Rust’s label(), serde JSON output, and Python-side string representation so the same value appears identically everywhere a consumer might see it.

Variants

Style

Cosmetic wording only: semantic similarity high, tool shape identical, stop reason identical. Safe-to-merge signal, usually.

Decision

Same structure, different decision: arg values differ, refusal flipped, or final-answer semantics shifted meaningfully.

Structural

Tool-call sequence differs: insertion, deletion, or reorder. This is almost always a real behavioural regression.
