§chunks_indexed: usize

Chunks embedded and stored during this pass. Unchanged files contribute nothing, so an incremental pass over an untouched tree reports zero.

§rebuilt: Option<RebuildReason>

Set when the pass rebuilt from scratch; None for an incremental update.
