An evidence reference for audit purposes.

Evidence refs are opaque by default. Their fetch path is explicit and audit-only — no automatic dereferencing in normal query paths.

Fields

claim_id: ClaimId

The claim this evidence supports.

claim_version_id: Option<ClaimVersionId>

Version-local linkage (nullable, per delta §5.5).

fetch_handle: String

Canonical raw-evidence fetch handle (opaque URI or key).

source_authority: String

Source authority for the evidence.

metadata: Option<Value>

Additional metadata for audit.
