SCTP port attribute (a=sctp-port)

Indicates the SCTP port number of the association used by the media description, used with the “UDP/DTLS/SCTP” and “TCP/DTLS/SCTP” proto values at the media level. The port range is 0 to 65535 and leading zeroes are not used.
