Key management attribute (a=key-mgmt) attribute

See RFC 4567 Section 4.1. The key management data is kept verbatim; for the mikey method it is the base64-encoded MIKEY message (RFC 3830, RFC 4567 section 7).

Media-level key-mgmt attributes override session-level ones, which consumers have to resolve themselves.
