A getEvents filter. Build it with EventFilter::contract (and EventFilter::with_topics); it is #[non_exhaustive] so new RPC filter fields can be added without breaking downstream struct literals.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

contract_ids: Vec<String>

topics: Option<Vec<TopicFilter>>

Topic matchers; an event matches if any one filter matches. Omitted from the request when None, so unfiltered queries are unchanged on the wire.
