ClaudeStreamJson

Claude Code --output-format stream-json --verbose: one JSON event per line, ending with a result event.

CodexJsonl

codex exec --json: JSON events per line; SCV also passes -o <file> so the final message survives an unparsable stream.

PiJson

pi --mode json: JSON events per line; the reply is the last assistant message_end.

GeminiStreamJson

Gemini CLI --output-format stream-json: init, message (deltas or whole messages), tool_use, tool_result, error, and a final result with usage. A single {"response":…} object (its json format) reads too.

CursorStreamJson

Cursor CLI --output-format stream-json: Claude Code’s event shapes (system init, assistant, result) plus tool_call events.

AmpStreamJson

Amp --stream-json, which follows Claude Code’s stream-json events.
