Process

One CLI process per turn: the prompt is an argument and the reply is read from its output (OutputFormat), continued through Resume.

§

ScvProtocol

A long-running scv server --stdio per conversation, driven over the SCV protocol: its tool approvals are relayed to the calling session and its events become progress.
