Record entry, timed local, in the open episode, or in a new one when there is none: the first message, one after the gap, or one after the owner ended the last episode.

pub fn end(&mut self, at: u64, local: &LocalTime) -> Result<bool>

End the open episode, so the next message starts a new one. Returns whether an episode was open.
