Minimum telemetry schema required for one supported SCS game.

A schema major identifies the compatibility family. Minor versions are additive according to the SDK contract, so a plugin accepts the declared minimum and later minor versions within the same major. A different major is rejected until the plugin explicitly updates this declaration after reviewing the changed semantics.
