We define a versioned transaction receipt for encoding in the preview API.
This allows a new toolkit build to be able to handle both current and future
receipt versions, allowing us to release a wallet ahead-of-time which is forward
compatible with a new version of the engine (and so a new transaction receipt).
If you wish to get access to match on the versions, use .as_ref() or .as_mut().
