CsrMatrix

Struct CsrMatrix

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct CsrMatrix { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Compressed Sparse Row matrix.

Efficient for row iteration (KNN predict, tree predict). Standard CSR layout: indptr[i]..indptr[i+1] gives the range into indices and data for row i.

Implementations§

Source§

impl CsrMatrix

Source

pub fn from_triplets( rows: &[usize], cols: &[usize], vals: &[f64], n_rows: usize, n_cols: usize, ) -> Result<Self>

Build a CSR matrix from COO (triplet) format.

Duplicate entries at the same (row, col) are summed.

Source

pub fn from_dense(rows: &[Vec<f64>]) -> Self

Convert a dense row-major matrix to CSR (zeros are skipped).

Source

pub fn n_rows(&self) -> usize

Number of rows.

Source

pub fn n_cols(&self) -> usize

Number of columns.

Source

pub fn nnz(&self) -> usize

Number of stored non-zero entries.

Source

pub fn density(&self) -> f64

Fraction of non-zero entries: nnz / (n_rows * n_cols).

Returns 0.0 for an empty (0×0) matrix.

Source

pub fn row(&self, i: usize) -> SparseRow<'_>

View of row i as sparse (col, value) pairs.

Source

pub fn get(&self, row: usize, col: usize) -> f64

Retrieve a single element. Returns 0.0 if the entry is not stored.

Source

pub fn to_csc(&self) -> CscMatrix

Convert to CSC format in O(nnz).

Source

pub fn to_dense(&self) -> Vec<Vec<f64>>

Convert to dense row-major format.

Source

pub fn dot_vec(&self, x: &[f64]) -> Vec<f64>

Sparse matrix-vector multiply: y = A * x.
