#[non_exhaustive]pub struct PermutationImportance {
pub importances_mean: Vec<f64>,
pub importances_std: Vec<f64>,
pub importances_raw: Vec<Vec<f64>>,
}Expand description
Result of permutation importance analysis.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.importances_mean: Vec<f64>Mean score decrease per feature (higher = more important).
importances_std: Vec<f64>Standard deviation of score decrease per feature.
importances_raw: Vec<Vec<f64>>Raw score decreases: importances_raw[feature][repeat].
